GTIN adoption
KeHE ® has made order fulfillment faster and more accurate by working with our suppliers to have GTINs ( Global Trade Item Numbers ) added to our product packaging . GTINs are internationally recognized product identifiers , found next to the barcode , that enhance visibility and communication regarding the whereabouts of our products throughout the order fulfillment process , leading to greater accuracy and reduced shortages .
Adding GTINs to our packaging reduced product shortages more than 43 % in FY24 .

Safety Updates
Idelic Safety Suite
We always seek to improve employee safety . That ’ s why we ’ re introducing a new technology to our fleet for FY25 .
Order quality improvements
We are excited to share that our order quality — a key customer experience metric measuring fill rates , order accuracy , and reduced damage — has surpassed pre-pandemic levels . We can attribute this improvement to the adoption of GTINs , increased scanning of all activity , and coaching for quality .
Plus , improved employee retention has meant less focus on training new employees and elevated focus on customer experience , resulting in a continued decrease in shortages and order errors .
Exceptional Customer Experience campaign
We launched this initiative to highlight the flow of excellence across positions in the warehouse to the end customer destination . It modeled excellence at each key step , reminding employees of their interconnectivity and role in delivering a perfect product to our customers .
One example : the new pallet wrappers that were installed in almost all DC sites . These provide a better wrap around our pallets , securing the product more consistently and resulting in better delivery to the customer .
The Idelic Safety Suite uses AI and machine learning to create a predictive model that identifies driver risk . It generates professional development plans ( PDPs ) that help reduce at-risk behaviors through coaching , training and engagement .
These PDPs are expected to dramatically lower the frequency of critical events , reducing :
• Preventable accidents
• Injuries
• Driver turnover
