Rep . Davis was a founding member of the Collier Building Industry Association and FHBA member who championed all housing issued but especially affordable housing . Rep Davis sponsored the first meaningful affordable housing legislation ( 2007 HB 1363 ) since the creation of the affordable housing trust fund , and the bill was named after him .
