All state chapters must present a skit that introduces their chapter to the rest of convention . Performances may not be longer than 45 seconds . Roll Call is judged on adherence to requirements , creativity , presentation / style , and overall effect . All scripts must be emailed to vp2 @ njcl . org by midnight on July 24 .
Presentation must include : State name Miles traveled Method of transportation Number of JCLers Number of SCLers Number of sponsors Number of chaperones Number of national committee and national board members ( if applicable )
Submit themed cheers to the 2VP by midnight the day before the Spirit day . Include the state ’ s name , as well as the words to the cheer and a video of it . Videos can be only of one person . States are allowed to submit all the cheers at once as long as the theme is specified for each one .
