JCL : The Muse-ical
On Thursday , July 27 , all state chapters will gather at a designated location . Once all chapters are set up , they will follow the designated path , in procession , to the final General Assembly . Spirit will be judged during this procession , not inside of the Wood PEC . National officers will be stationed along the path with rubrics , so be sure to cheer the whole way ! The NJCL will ensure the safety of all delegates by protecting the route from any oncoming traffic . When all states have arrived to their assigned seats in the Wood PEC , GA V will begin .
