Master Mentoring
Most human beings have two things in common – they want to do better , and they want meaningful connections . Mentoring will help you achieve both as a mentee , a mentor , or both . As the Airports Authority embarks on developing a mentoring culture and community , these two webinar sessions provide a good understanding and basic preparation for a mentoring relationship .
Part 1 : Becoming a Mentee - prepares participants to receive professional development advice by reflecting on the mentoring style that will work best for them .
Part 2 : Becoming a Mentor is designed to help employees become more familiar with the skills , attributes , and tools of mentoring . Mentoring is a great way to learn from others and showcase your role within the organization . Our Master Mentors had an opportunity to meet in August to share their insight , ask questions , and discuss the upcoming mentoring sessions ."
