MESSAGE FROM THE HOA BOARD
PAINT BOOK : The Eaglebrooke Architectural and Landscape Review Committee and the Board of Directors has approved a new preapproved paint scheme book . Going forward for painting your home , to get a quick approval , you will need to choose from this pre-approved palette . Each color must stay in the same scheme . If you prefer to pick colors that are not in the color schemes , you must provide paint swatches , paint a sample on your home , and this will be reviewed at the Architectural Meeting . You may check out the color scheme books , or you may review online at Eaglebrooke . net .
LEASING YOUR HOME : If you are a homeowner that is currently leasing your home and you have not contacted the Management office , please do so as soon as possible . This is to ensure your tenants are notified that they need to obtain barcodes and follow the Declaration of Covenants , Conditions , and Restrictions for the Community .
LAWN DEBRIS : Enclosed is the new ruling that was approved at the Board of Directors Organizational Meeting on March 21 , 2023 . This would go into the Architectural & Landscape Guidelines for Eaglebrooke : Section D . Landscape and Irrigation Criteria : 1 . General Guidelines . Please keep this paperwork as this is now adopted into the Guidelines .
BARCODES : To request an access barcode into Eaglebrooke , please go online to www . eaglebrooke . net and under the welcome home banner , click request an access barcode . Once the barcode is processed , you will get an email when it is ready for pickup . Please make sure to include your license plate information .
OVERNIGHT PARKING : Parking in the street overnight is not allowed . Please do not park on the grass or over the sidewalk . If you park in these areas , you could be towed at your expense .
