With over 6,500 technical professionals and support personnel at more than 160 offices , we work together to succeed . We encourage collaborative teams in which each member is treated with respect and recognized for their efforts and contributions .

We continue to pursue our growth strategy through both acquisitions and organic growth . In FY22 we hired 2,994 new team members , including the acquisitions of United Sciences Testing , Inc . ( USTI ), ESS Group , and Draper Aden Associates ( DAA ). USTI provides emissions testing services to utility and industrial clients within the Great Lakes and Midwest regions . ESS Group , LLC ( ESS ), a Northeast based firm enhances TRC ’ s Renewables strategy by offering specialized capabilities such as coastal resiliency , flood hazard vulnerability studies , stream and lake consulting , as well as offshore wind energy & transmission support . DAA works closely with major Utility companies to support resiliency across their operations . Additionally , they provide engineering , energy related design and mapping services , water and wastewater design services , construction inspection and materials testing as well as surveying and environmental services across multiple key markets
