Operations managers have a specific goal to reduce square footage office space per person . In addition to Scope 1 and 2 emissions reductions , this goal results in significant cost reductions , as well as an opportunity to redesign our workspaces in ways that can increase productivity while maintaining or even improving employee satisfaction . Operations managers are also incentivized to optimize the fleet , which will impact our Scope 1 emissions .
