What ’ s cooking ?

We are very happy to see as the golf season comes to its close it has not kept our members from coming in to experience our new Chef C . B . Up again from last year ’ s numbers and budget we are pleased with the outcome and are going to continue to improve and bring new exciting experiences to our members . The month of November is going to have several events that will be great to bring out the family . “ Love Letters ” dinner theatre will be performing Nov 11th , 12th , and 13th . We will also be having our first wine tasting of the year paired with special appetizers on Nov 17th . Prime Rib night will be back on November 14 , with music from Jason is always a hit . Black Friday will have our annual music party with Gary Ruley upstairs on the dance floor .
We are also proud to announce a launch of our new wintertime dinner menu . The dinner menu will be separate from our original and featuring the following : homemade beef stew and chicken pot pie , dry rubbed ribs , tuna filet with ginger soy glaze , Cornish hen , salmon filet with balsamic glaze , and our popular filet mignon with the choice of toppings of au poivre , bordelaise , or diane . We will also be offering house made soups such as chili and chicken noodle . We hope to continue seeing you at the club this winter with some great comfort food and good company .
