POOL & COURTS
Tim Guinn LGCC ’ s , Certified Pool Operator
Save the date , Friday , May 27th for the season kick-off at the pool !
The days are getting warmer and the pool opening is weeks away ! Members will notice many improvements around the pool area , which include repairs and paint on the fence , pergolas , and pool deck . New canvas sails and larger umbrellas will provide better shade coverage . Drain covers were installed for safety and better pool operation .
Improving the member experience is a major focus this season . The new and improved Pool Gate Café will offer an expanded hot and cold snack menu , pre-packaged items to go , and treats for the kids . A bartender will be serving on weekends , and family activities are planned for everyone to enjoy this summer . Please note ABC rules will be enforced .
This year , the lifeguard model will look a little different . Guards will be dedicated to pool supervision Fridays , Saturdays , and Sundays plus holidays and events . During the week , they will wear other hats including pool activities , parent ’ s night out , rubber ducky night , swim lessons , major events , and more ! This adjustment will allow for a better social experience while prioritizing safety .
