UBC Rowing ' s one week Fast Track Camp exposes athletes to the key fundamentals of rowing strokes and basic components of the sport that will help them be successful in future rowing endeavors . You ' ll try a variety of rowing shells , and our low athlete to coach ratio ensures that all athletes get direct and effective feedback each day ! Valid for any session . Runs 12pm-4pm Monday- Friday at John M . S . Lecky UBC Boathouse . Ages 13-18 .
