For the athletic kid , enjoy one whole week in the summer of Track and Field Fundamentals and Conditioning , including sprints and relays , middle distance , hurdles , jumps and throws ( shot put , javelin , discus ) in the mornings and then transition to games , sports and swimming in the afternoons . The camp runs from 8 am - 4 pm at West Point Grey Academy , Ages 7-13 all levels welcome , bring a bathing suit , towel , water bottle and packed lunch . Low coach / athlete ratios .
