MS . KIMBERLY ANNE MEREDITH of Pleasant Hill , California has been involved in the sport of purebred dogs since 1972 . A breeder-exhibitor of Alaskan Malamutes , she has bred more than 60 champions , including multiple all breed Best in Show and multiple national specialty winners . In addition , she has owned and exhibited Akitas , Bernese Mountain Dogs , Doberman Pinschers , Lhasa Apsos , Clumber Spaniel , Bassett Hound , and Whippets . Mrs . Meredith has judged numerous national specialties and judged abroad in France , Italy , Spain , Holland , Belgium , Finland , New Zealand , Germany , Australia , Japan , Denmark , China , and Korea . She judges the Working , Sporting , Herding , Hound , Non-Sporting , and Toy groups , Junior Showmanship , and Best in Show . This is her eighth judging assignment at Westminster .
MR . GEORGE MILUTINOVICH of Fresno , California has been involved in the sport of purebred dogs since he was 16-years-old . He and his wife Cathy have owned and shown in conformation and obedience many breeds including Pugs , Italian Greyhounds , Cocker Spaniel , Smooth Fox Terrier , Boxer , Bichon Frise , and Russell Terriers . Their breeding programs have produced group winners and Best in Show winners in several breeds . Mr . Milutinovich serves on the Sun Maid Kennel Club of Fresno board and is a member of Morris and Essex Kennel Club . He is approved to judge the Toy and Non- Sporting groups , Whippets , Norwegian Elkhounds , Manchester Terriers , Junior Showmanship , and Best in Show . This is his first Westminster judging assignment .
MR . JAMES MITCHELL , of Wilmington , Delaware originally from Boston , started in dogs more than 50 years ago with his first Shetland Sheepdog champion followed by numerous champion Pembroke Welsh Corgis . Mr . Mitchell went on to be an apprentice handler for professional handlers Bill Trainor , Anne Rogers , and Richard Bauer . He also managed the Standard Poodle Kennel of Jan Dupont . In 1988 , he began judging , which included national specialties for Affenpinschers and Italian Greyhounds . In 2001 , he left judging to become an AKC Executive Field Representative . He resumed judging in 2020 . Mr . Mitchell is approved to judge the Hound , Toy , and Herding groups , Poodles , Junior Showmanship , and Best in Show . This is his third Westminster judging assignment .
MRS . SHEREE MOSES COMBS of Wardensville , West Virginia began her career in dogs with a German Shepherd for her fifth birthday . She progressed from Schutzhund competitions to Conformation as a teenager and bred her first litter at 17 . As a handler , she was part of a team with many top exhibits including the all-time number one dog , German Shepherd Ch . Altana ’ s Mystique . She produced dozens of champions and national specialty winners . Ms . Combs received the 2008 Herding Group AKC Breeder of the Year award . A breeder / judge of Cavalier King Charles Spaniels , Pembroke Welsh Corgis , Labrador Retrievers , and German Shepherd Dogs , she is approved to judge several other breeds . This is her second Westminster judging assignment .
HON . JAMES G . PHINIZY of Acworth , New Hampshire went to his first dog show in the 1950 ’ s , growing up with Wire Fox Terriers . Mr . and Mrs . Phinizy got their first Deerhound in 1970 and have shown and bred “ Black North ” Deerhounds since 1973 . Mr . Phinizy first exhibited at Westminster in 1974 . He placed second in the Hound Group at Westminster in 1984 with Ch . Fang ’ s Wraith of Black North . Mr . Phinizy has judged the Scottish Deerhound Club of America National Specialty , the British Breed Show , regional American and Canadian Irish Wolfhound specialties , and Championship shows in Great Britain . Mr . Phinizy judges Scottish Deerhounds , Irish Wolfhounds , and Junior Showmanship . This is his third judging assignment at Westminster .
MS . SHARON ANN REDMER of Whitmore Lake , Michigan began in 1970 training an All-American shelter rescue . She acquired her first Belgian Tervuren in 1971 . She bred StarBright Belgian Tervuren , which includes more than 150 AKC champions in Conformation , Obedience , Rally , Herding , and Tracking with High in Trial , group and national specialty winners . In 2014 , Mrs . Redmer won the AKC Lifetime Achievement Award in Companion Events . She has judged on four continents and at numerous herding breeds national specialties . She judges the Working and Herding groups , many Sporting and Toy breeds , Poodles , Junior Showmanship , Best in Show , Obedience , and Rally . She judged the inaugural Masters Obedience Championship at Westminster . This is her second Westminster judging assignment .
