Division 19 held a virtual Change of Watch on Saturday February 6 . Guests in attendance were 5NR Commodore Joe Giannattasio , Sector Commander Captain Jonathan Theel , CWO Douglas Schubert , and DCAPT-W Douglas Willwerth . All in attendance enjoyed a time of fellowship , celebrated those getting awards , and heard heartfelt and positive comments from the speakers .
