ALWAYS RESILIENT - Even prior to COVID-19 , volunteer organizations were envisaging the future as a survival struggle . Hardto-digitize and people-dependent institutions are the least resilient . The COVID crisis is an opportunity for Auxiliary leaders and members to reinvent themselves .
