The New Year 2020 began with our Change of Watch scheduled for 18 January 2020 , but due to inclement weather , the Change of Watch committee rescheduled the Change of Watch for 07 March , Division 21 ’ s last public activity before the Novel Corona Virus 19 infiltrated Pennsylvania . We in operations know the value of TCT flexibility , and so the Change of Watch was delayed but successful .
