WHAT TO EXPECT

For the last two years , LLA has been working towards updating the Member experience for residents . The Association listened to Member feedback over the years to bring a convenient and easily accessible interface to association documents , announcements , ECC applications , service requests , and more .
LLA anticipates the updated software to launch on November 15 * to all Members . To prepare for this , the LLA is closing the current software on or around November 1 . Additionally , lakelinganore . org will be under construction on or around November 15 *. Notification of the current Member Account software and website ' s impending down status will be shared again as the under-construction date approaches .
Learn more about what to expect on pages 10-25 . Pages 10-19 ( the blue pages ) outline registration , logging in for the first time , and reestablishing ACH auto-drafts ( if needed ). Pages 20-25 highlight new functions and / or changes . December ' s LakeTalk will highlight more Member Account capabilities , functions and / or changes . Thank you for your continued patience and understanding while this project is completed ; it is greatly appreciated .
* The November 15 launch date is dependant upon the final internal test . The launch to Members may be pushed to December if necessary .
