REGISTRATION
Below is a step-by-step visual of the registration process for access to your updated Member Account beginning November 15 .* The visuals depicted are as it is viewed on a desktop . However , you can complete this process on a mobile device or tablet . Please review the following to ensure you have registered your account . It is important for property owners to register their account to manage assets , residents , and potential leaseholders , account preferences , create a digital Member ID card , manage payments , and much more .
Throughout the next pages there are two Member definitions to keep in mind : Owners and Non-owners . Owners refer to those on the deed of the property . Non-owners refer to all others affiliated with the property ( i . e ., partner , children , leaseholders , etc .). This software allows for all Members to register . Therefore , if you wish for access to view documents , set e-mail preferences , establish a digital Member ID card ( i . e ., digital ID pass for amenity access ), please complete the registration process outlined on pages 10-14 .

1 . Registration " Welcome " E-mail
Option A . E-mail address on file .
You must have an e-mail address on file with the Association to receive a " Welcome " e-mail . Your e-mail address should be unique to you ( i . e ., not shared between two people ). Your e-mail address is your user name at login . Open the e-mail and click the link " Click Here to Sign Up ".
IMPORTANT : Each e-mail is personalized . If the incorrect name is on the e-mail , please do not register and contact the office with your full name , property address , and e-mail address . We will update and resend the registration e-mail .
Option B . You are a non-owner , your e-mail address is not on file , or you did not receive the welcome e-mail ( Must complete on a desktop ).
Visit the Lake Linganore website and click " My Account " ( lakelinganore . org / myaccount ), Please click the green , “ Request Access Credentials ” on the right side of the page and complete the form . Staff will verify the information you provide . Once verified , the registration " Welcome " e-mail will be sent . Please allow one to two business days for this to be completed . Once received , you will be able to complete Option A outlined above and proceed to Step 2 of the registration process .
