Deer Management Program The LLA BoD reinstated the Deer Population Reduction Program for the 2021-2022 calendar year . The remaining hunt dates are November 2 , 4 , 16 , and 18 , December 14 , 16 , 21 , and 23 , and January 4 , 6 , 11 , and 13 . Proposed FY23 Budget and Assessments The proposed FY23 Budget and Assessments will be available on or around November 3 for property owners to view and submit questions . Questions received within the 30-day review period will be compiled , and answers will be available in your Member Account thereafter .
Storage Reminders Storing items on driveways is not permitted . Therefore , grills , patio furniture , fire pits , and similar items should be put away each night if used on driveways .

FY21 Audit Summary UHY , LLP recently completed their independent audit of the Lake Linganore Association , Inc ., financial statements for fiscal year March 1 , 2020 , through February 28 , 2021 . We are happy to report LLA received a qualified opinion : “ the financial statements referred to above present fairly , in all material respects , the financial position of Lake Linganore Association , Inc . as of February 28 , 2021 and the results of its operation and its cash flows for the year ended in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America .” The complete audited financial statements will be available in your Member Account .
At Your Own Risk Please be advised , all recreational activity on the lakes is “ at your own risk ”, and the Association actively discourages unsafe behavior , including and jumping into the lake from the bridge , esplanade , and cliffs , docks , etc .
Line of Sight : School Buses Please check your property to ensure the line of sight while driving is not obstructed by a tree , bush , or structure . Please trim back any trees , shrubs , or plants to appropriately open a line of sight to ensure safety within our roadways . An adequate line of sight is especially vital while school buses are regularly navigating through the neighborhood .
