VEHICLES AND GOLF CARTS
Vehicles
After reviewing your assets ( see page 16 ), you may decide to add a vehicle at a later date . You can do so by completing the following steps ( also reviewed on page 16 ).
1 . Clicking the menu item , " My Account " 2 . Clicking the " Asset " tab 3 . Clicking the blue " New " button
Once the above steps are completed , you will complete the form for an " Auto ". Any NEW vehicle added requires a vehicle registration uploaded ( outlined in red to the left ).
Golf Carts
Any golf carts , new AND previously registered , require all driver ' s to be added and a copy of their driver ' s license to be uploaded . Below outlines how to complete this crucial step when you own a golf cart in the community .
New Cart 1 . Review steps 1-3 above under " Vehicles ".
2 . Once the above steps are completed , you will complete the form for a " golf cart ". Add Members who will be driving the cart and and upload their driver ' s license ( outlined in orange to the left ).
Previously Registered ( i . e ., Current Asset )* 1 . See page 16 to review your assets . 2 . Click the pencil icon .
3 . Upload all driver ' s licenses for Members who use the golf cart .
* Failure to list all drivers and upload their licenses by 2 / 1 / 2022 will result in the permit being turned off .
