WHAT ' S NEW / DIFFERENT IN YOUR

MEMBER ACCOUNT

Pages 20-25 outline what is new and / or different in your updated Member Account . Any visuals depicted are as it is viewed on a desktop ( except the digital Member ID ). However , you can view the functions outlined on a mobile device , tablet , or in the app . Please note , the " Payment Overview " outlined on page 22 is not available in the app currently . Please contact the LLA Office if you have any questions .

DIGITAL MEMBER ID

If you have your phone , you have a digital Member ID once you ' ve registered your account . Your Member ID is what you provide Amenity Patrol at amenities and the lifeguards when accessing the pool . During registration , you were asked to upload a photo ( see page 13 ). This was specifically for the digital Member ID . You can review your digital Member ID on your desktop and in the app . Below are details on how to access the Member ID in the app .

1 . Click the three menu lines in the upper left corner ( the menu will populate on your phone screen ).
2 . Click " My Account " menu item . 3 . Click " Digital Pass ".

4 . If on file , your name and barcode will populate to scan ( see image to the left ). Once scanned , your photo and account status will populate for Amenity Patrol or lifeguards .
If you or other Members on your account do not have a digital Member ID , it will not populate in the software , and you have two options :
Option A . Carry your physical , plastic Member ID cards .
All physical ID cards currently printed are grandfathered into the system at this time . Please note , the LLA Office is not printing Member ID cards moving forward . However , if a physical ID is preferred , the office will print for a $ 10 fee ( cards for Members under 12 years old will be free ).

Option B . Create a digital Member ID card .
Owners : You can edit Members on your account ( see pages 15-16 on instructions to review Members on your account ). Editing a Member includes uploading a photo and establishing a digital Member ID card if needed . You can also add an e-mail address to the Member to initiate the registration process for the Member to complete on their own . Registration includes uploading a photo for a digital pass .
Non-Owners : Contact the Owner of the property or LLA Office to add your email address to the account . A welcome e-mail will be sent , and you can complete the registration process as outlined on pages 10-14 . Registration includes uploading a photo for a digital pass .
Owners / Leaseholders who are guardians : LLA understands you may need to manage passes . Any Members who are too young or unable to register for their own account ( i . e ., do not have their own e-mail address and a smartphone ) need you to upload their picture ( see pages 15-16 on instructions to review Members on your account ). Afterward , if they have NOT been issued an ID card previously , LLA will print and mail their plastic Member ID card . Please allow a turnaround time of five business days from the time of upload to shipment . If they have previously been issued a plastic membership ID card , this card is still active and should continue to be used ( no replacement will be mailed unless requested ). Please continue to carry their plastic card at amenities or take a photo of the front and back of the card and store it on your phone to be presented at the amenities .
