Next Phase of Development Oakdale Investments is holding a public hearing regarding the development of the small area near Indian Caves ( date TBD as of printing ). The development of this nine lot section on Indian Head Lane is anticipated to add additional parking access to the area and give LLA ownership of the upper and lower areas of Indian Caves .
The plans are available in the portal for your review and are consistent with the earlier plans the developer submitted to the county ( lakelinganore . org / myaccount ). The file is within the " Documents " section under the " Developer Maps " folder .
Oakdale Town Center Oakdale Investments ( developer of Oakdale at Town Center ) created a website that provides public information about the planned town center . Any information the developer can share publicly will be placed on this site by the developer : lakelinganoretowncenter . com .
Photography on Common Property Please be advised , attendees / participants at any Lake Linganore Association event or common area , may be asked to show their Membership ID or be photographed / video recorded . Photographs / videos taken may appear on the LLA website , in LakeTalk , on the Association ' s social media platforms , or in other official publications of LLA .

Yard Waste LLA residents are encouraged to take advantage of county options over the winter season when yard waste collection is not available in LLA . Curbside yard waste in LLA resumes on Wednesdays , April 7 through December 1 .
Trash and Recycling Updates Remember , trash and recycling containers should be stored out of sight when not curbside for collection . Bins can be placed at the curb for collection either the evening before collection or no later than 6:30 am on the morning of collection . Please review the community calendar to view your village ' s trash collection day . Recycling pickup is through Frederick County and is currently on Wednesdays .
With the above in mind , please know trash and recycling collections are proceeding slowly due to increased material volume and COVID-19 impacts . If your cart is not emptied on its scheduled day ( trash and / or recycling ), please leave it at the street ( or make sure it is out again by 6 am the following day ). If needed , you can report your bin wasn ' t emptied the day after your regularly scheduled collection .
Missed trash collections can be reported to your Village Manager *, and missed recycling collections can be reported to the county ' s Office of Recycling ( recycle @ FrederickCountyMD . gov or via the Recycle Coach app ). * Audubon Condos and Linganore Garden Condos should contact Clagett Management at 301-663-6009 to inquire about their association ' s trash collection .
Parking Reminder Cars should park only in areas intended for parking . Parking in or on the stormwater swale system could cause damage preventing proper flow of stormwater resulting in flooding . It could also damage the roadway edge diminishing the integrity of the roadway substantially reducing its life expectancy .
Culvert Cleaning Working with your neighbors to keep culverts free of large amounts of leaf debris will help avoid drainage issues during a weather event . Please do your best to maintain the culverts in front of your home .
