Annual Assessments Payment 2021 Annual invoices were mailed at the end of January . Please follow the instructions on the invoice and reach out to the office with any questions .
For those currently signed up for ACH : Monthly withdrawals will continue at the new monthly assessment rate beginning March 3 , 2021 . Please review your invoice for this amount . If you do not consent to this automatic update of your autodraft payment amount , you are responsible for canceling your auto-draft payment by February 28 , 2021 . If you are not currently on monthly ACH , you can sign up through February 20 , 2021 . Please follow the instructions provided with your invoice ( invoices were mailed at the end of January ). See pages 10-15 for more information .
FY22 Budget and Assessments The Board of Directors approved the FY22 budget and assessments . The documents are available to view in the Member Portal ( www . lakelinganore . org / myaccount ).
At Your Own Risk Please be advised , all recreational activity on the lakes is “ at your own risk ”, and the Association actively discourages unsafe behavior , including recreation on the lake during winter months and jumping into the lake from the bridge , esplanade , and cliffs .
COVID-19 Reminders All amenities are open for use as of January 15 . Please follow all social distancing requirements by the state and local health department . As always , we encourage Members to take extra precautions should you and your children choose to utilize the amenities--Take masks , hand sanitizer , and disinfectant wipes with you , and follow the best practices encouraged by the CDC .
The Association and staff continue to operate full time . However , to ensure the safety of Members , Contractors and Staff , Members are required to schedule an appointment prior to coming to the office . Staff remains available via phone and email during office hours . Thank you for your patience .
Lake Safety The LLA cautions members using the lake during the colder months , especially for recreation purposes on what appears to be frozen water ( i . e ., skating , walking , etc .). All recreational activity on the lake is " at your own risk ". Please note , there is not an available service through the HOA to respond to a rescue situation . Therefore , emergency personnel will be called and dispatched to the scene .
In the case that you decide to venture to the lake areas during the winter months , please be aware of your surroundings and make someone aware of where you are headed . After a heavy snow , it is difficult to see where a lake meets its ’ embankment and changing weather conditions can affect ice thickness and strength . As always , please call 911 at once in case of an emergency or to report unsafe activity .
Dredging Updates Past updates are available in the Member Portal , and weekly updates will resume in the spring . Read a recent update on page 22 and learn more about the dredging process in the " Documents " section of the portal .
