This production award is awarded to the real estate professional with the highest adjusted gross commission income who joined our company between January 1 , 2019 and December 31 , 2020 . Real estate professionals who have been licensed in other states or with other companies will not qualify as a rookie unless their initial license was issued during that time period .

Our amazing ASMs provide hands-on help and guidance to our real estate professionals every day . This award honors an ASM who has not only made a difference in their particular office , but has also made an impact in the lives of our staff and real estate professionals company-wide .
