Each year our Relocation & Business Development department selects one standout real estate professional who excels in multiple relocation business categories . Consideration is given to the agent ' s conversion rate on relocation business , the service evaluation return ratio as well as score , outbound referrals sent and closed , agent generated referrals sent and closed . Additionally , BMA Variances are reviewed with a rate of 4 % or less .*
