2020 found The Wickliffe Team working hard and achieving goals in spite of the Covid outbreak . This year brought great reminders that you CAN overcome if you have a great support system , a consistent plan of action and faith . This team worked together , applied those principles and achieved their goals .
Heather Wyman continues to grow her skills and business and achieved her GRI designation . By applying all the discipline she acquired as a former Air Force Avionic Mechanic , she persistently serves her clients . Her quick thinking , dedication to solving any problem , eye for detail , a degree in accounting and integrity beyond question are a blessing .
CENTURION ® TEAMS
Clark Wickliffe is becoming a leader in the industry and the community . His organizational skills have been stretched this year as he navigates parenting two children under the age of three while serving as a Midlothian City Council Member . He is dedicated to great customer service and provides a great voice for the team .
Kati Wickliffe is a great administrative asset and learning the business from the ground up . Vicky Chapman , Jenny Sanders and Cassidy Childers are the best of the best . They are dedicated to professional service and are critical to the team ’ s ability to provide top-notch service with every family . Every day everyone on the team is focused on growing , learning something new and providing the best real estate experience .

The Lori Mayo Real Estate Group is thrilled to end their first official year as a team by earning the 2020 President ’ s Award for CENTURION ® Producer Production as well as the coveted Quality Service Pinnacle Award Status .
In 2019 , they decided to take their combined 50 years of real estate experience and hone in on individual strengths . During this trial period , they worked hard to find out how they could best serve their clients collectively , while still providing award-winning service . They attended team building meetings / classes and met with their management team , as well as other awesome Judge Fite teams , to ensure they were giving 121 % right out of the gate when 2020 began .
