The Kim Pratt Team has been a part of the CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company family since 2009 . Kim came from the builder industry and started off as a single agent . She knew JFC would be the best place to land and learn from the best of the best . Quickly after , Kim added her first assistant , Tori , which allowed them time to build a client base while continuing excellent customer service . Tori is still on the team after 10 years , now serving as team manager .
Kim Pratt Team ’ s clients are blessed to have such hard-working sales partners on their side : Shawn Pratt is the " OG " sales partner who joined his wife ( Kim ) in 2016 after he left corporate America . Brad Belser purchased a home with Kim and soon after decided to get his license and joined the team in 2017 . Longtime AAFES employee , Jim Finley started his real estate career solo and joined the team in 2018 . Preston Pratt knew when he graduated high school he wanted to get his license , and he joined his parents on the team in 2018 .
2020 was a year full of new challenges for the real estate industry , but this team faced each challenge with a smile and worked together on solutions to best serve their client ’ s needs . The year of 2020 was a year of growth as the team added three new team members : transaction coordinator , Lori Finley , who has a strong background in administration and was also recently licensed ; Riley Revoir , who keeps the team looking good with her marketing skills ; and newly-licensed agent , Manny Garcia , who is the team ’ s first bilingual agent !

Nick Termini and the Nick Termini Group are honored to achieve CENTURION ® status with CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company in 2020 . Nick has been in the real estate industry since November of 2015 and has established himself as an area , state and nationally ranked top producer . In January of 2018 , Nick formed the Nick Termini Group and has not looked back since .
Nick prides himself in his communication with clients as he feels it ' s the lifeblood of our industry . Be it good news , bad news or no news , Nick feels staying in touch with his clients is key to his success and expects the same communication level from his team members . His communication skills helped him achieve the Top Overall Relocation Agent at the largest relocation company in Dallas / Fort Worth .
