Journey 2050 and Farmers 2050
Grades 6-12 Experience agriculture like it ’ s never been taught before through this educational gaming platform . Students explore world food sustainability as they make inquiry-based decisions to see the ripple effect on social , economic and environmental factors locally and globally . Journey 2050 is ideal for grades 6-12 and comes with STEMbased lesson plans . Farmers 2050 is a fun farming game for kids of all ages . Journey 2050 and Farmers 2050 are provided in partnership with Nutrien and the National Agriculture in the Classroom Organization .

Ag Days and Water Festivals
Students & Educators CFA staff and volunteers provide presentations and supply teacher resource packets to various student agricultural days and community water festivals held throughout the state . It is exciting to see many of these events returning after the pandemic .

Public Events
Families & Individuals By participating in public events , Colorado Foundation for Agriculture is able to expand its marketing efforts . CFA sets up a display with free copies of Colorado Agriculture in the Classroom resources at various events and conventions across the state including the Ag Pavilion at the Colorado State Fair and Ag Adventure at the National Western Stock Show .

Teacher Conferences and Presentations
Educators One of the best ways to promote Agriculture in the Classroom programs and resources is directly to teachers . The Colorado Foundation for Agriculture is a member of several Colorado professional educator organizations . Additionally , CFA participates in the annual teacher conferences for science , literacy , social studies , and homeschool educators by having a booth in their trade shows and giving workshop presentations .
