How to Register
To reserve your camper's spot today, go to www.gssne.org
and register online. At the time of registration, a $35 non-
refundable deposit or the full balance is due. Please note that a refund will not be given if the
camper leaves early for any other reason (including
homesickness). Refunds will also not be issued due to
inclement weather.
All final payments are due by the listed registration
deadline (4 weeks prior) for each session. GSSNE reserves
the right to cancel any registration not paid in full by the
advertised registration deadline. A $15 transfer fee will be applied to a camper's
registration balance each time a change is made to a
campers session, program, or camp (unless the change is
requested by GSSNE, due to program cancellation).
If you register after the registration deadline, all fees are
to be paid in full upon registration. Financial Aid
At Girl Scouts, we believe that camp is for every girl. We
are pleased to be able to offer financial assistance to
allow more girls to experience Girl Scout Camp.
Girls not currently registered as a Girl Scout or are a new
Girl Scout, are required to pay a one-time membership
fee of $35. This GSUSA membership is valid through
September 30, 2020.

and register online to make your deposit.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers
Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted
and received by the GSSNE Office by the program's
registration deadline. Until the registration deadline, a full
refund less the $35 deposit per person will be granted. Please Note: You must register online before your Financial
Assistance Application will be processed. Notification of
financial assistance granted will be made within three
weeks of submission. If financial assistance is requested,
Summer Camp Cookie Credits will be applied first.
In the event of GSSNE canceling a camp program due to
low enrollment, families will be contacted to discuss a
transfer to another program, or to receive a refund. The deadline to submit the Financial Assistance
Application is the registration deadline for the chosen
camp program.
In all other circumstances, any monies paid (less the
nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit) will be refunded

Girl Scout Cookies can power an amazing adventure!
Girls participating in the GSSNE Cookie Program earn $.20
per package, which may then be applied to the cost of a
GSSNE Day Camp Program, Overnight Camp Program or
the Per Person fee for The Great Escape. Girls in troops
who choose Older Girl Proceeds do not earn Camp
Cookie Credits. Credits may be pooled by sisters in the
same family. Summer Camp Cookie Credits cannot be
transferred outside of families and can only be applied
to GSSNE Summer Camp. Camp Cookie Credits expire
on September 30, 2020, and cannot be used for troop
camping, Tall and Small, Into the Woods, or Can U Canoe.
• T he camper is placed on a waitlist or if the financial
assistance amount requested is not fully granted.
• T he camper cannot attend due to illness or injury. A
letter from a physician must accompany a written
request for a refund.
• T he camper is sent home from camp due to illness
or injury. Refunds are prorated in such cases and will
be made only at the written request of the parent/
caregiver.
