The rate will be provided upon assignment. Cleaning Crew Rate Each home/unit has a specified deep clean crew rate. The rate will be provided upon assignment. Deep Clean Fee Paid to Cleaners Each home/unit has a specified crew tidy rate. The rate will be provided upon assignment. Crew Tidy Rate This is similar to a full clean. Cleaning Crew Rate CONSTRUCTION CLEANS & TRASHED HOMES REMEMBER: Construction and trashed home cleans must be approved by your assigned Property Manager and Housekeeping Office personnel. If/when a homeowner has construction completed within their home, you would invoice for a construction clean. For a trashed home, you need to send evidence of the mess in the form of photos. To calculate the charges, the cleaner will use the following formula (Deep Clean Fee Paid to Cleaners + Cleaning Crew Rate) / 2 Example: Deep Clean Fee Paid to Cleaners: $333 Cleaning Crew Rate: $222 $333 + $222 = $555 / 2 = $277.50 36
