ANNUAL DEEP CLEAN GUIDELINES
Contact the Property Manager to inform them of furniture, rugs, and carpets that
need to be steam cleaned by a third party. Also, inform Property Manager if outside
pressure washing is needed.
Consult the bullet points for many—but not all—of the items covered by an
annual deep clean.
KITCHEN:
• Remove all items in cabinets and drawers
• Clean all surfaces of cabinets and drawers, and all items contained within, and
then replace and organize
• Clean all appliances inside and out. Move where possible to clean underneath
• Defrost freezer and remove ice from trays
• Remove all racks from oven and clean—clean oven storage drawer and items
contained within, contact Property Manager before using self-clean
• All surfaces of range hood—remove screen/vent from range hood and clean
BATHROOMS:
• Remove any mold with appropriate products. Inform 360 Blue of any serious issues
• Replace shower liners if needed
• Clean shower curtain rails, door tracks, taps and spouts
• Clean tile grout
• Clean all cabinets inside and out
• Clean all light fixtures, fittings, bulbs and switches
• Clean spa baths
- Fill bath with hot water just above jets.
- Add dishwashing detergent that is used for dishwashers—NOT DISH SOAP.
- Turn jets on and let run until jets are clean—30 minutes to 1 hour.
