But, the future is bright for this dynamic pie-making duo as they continue to invent new flavors. “We’ll have more menu expansions including a greater variety of meat filled hand pies,” says Castillo. Our mouths are watering just thinking about it! “We’ll introduce traditional round pies, tarts, and our new floater pie,” he adds. “We like to say the hand pie led the way for our growth into other delicious offerings.” And, we’ll be waiting with mouths and “hands” wide open. 202
