Stinky Face Winner!
Congrats to Mesa’s own Keilbart family, and son 5-month old Liam, for winning the national Stinky Face competition. “When I found out Liam had won, I was shocked and began to cry,” Leila Keilbart, Liam’s mom tells 202 Magazine. Munchkin, Inc. ran the Facebook “Stinky Face” contest in May to promote the company’s Arm & Hammer Diaper Pail, announcing the winner in early August. Liam competed against 400 silly-faced children, but to his parents’ delight, he was anounced as the clear champion, Chris Ke ilbart, L walking away with iam Keil bart and Leil a Keilba $1,000 and a shiny, rt of Me sa new diaper pail. “He just makes the funniest faces ever,” says Keilbart. “I kept telling him he won and how proud of my ‘little stinks’ I was.” Dad, Chris was more than surprised as the family now learns to take the media frenzy in stride. “He was shocked! But very excited and proud as well,” says Keilbart. “It was definitely something new! It felt like everyday someone wanted to write an article or have us on the news.”
