taking calls and participating in the family
business. “It is a true family affair. And,
it’s an absolute joy to bond with all of our
team outside of work, as this keeps all of
our families strong.”
For Leutz, he says time management is
key, as well as keeping a clear perspective
of his priorities, to maintain his tightknit family. “Having a teenager who is a
senior in high school, and a 4-year old
in elementary school always makes for a
mix of great fun,” he says. “Engaging in
‘Yo Gabba Gabba’ television programs,
swim lessons, fun at the monkey bars,
while diving into hours of homework and
college preparation certainly keeps things
lively, and I love it.”
Leutz also tells us the best part of his
life is that he’s found balance with work,
which allows him the precious time he
craves with his daughters. “...the time to
be goofy. The time to be stern. The time
to assist with studies, and guide through
life. The time to cry, and laugh, to be a
dad and a best friend... this has always
been my passion, and I am truly grateful
and blessed.”
More than just widgets and gadgets,
Leutz describes his company as centered
around family values, which he believes is
what makes life so special. “Life has may
challenges, and when we can share these
together, essentially saying you are not
alone and all will be OK, is magical,” he
says. “Our company is an amazing vessel to
promote unity. We have so much to share
and teach. This is my passion,” he adds.
