General Information PRESENTER READY ROOM YOUNG PROFESSIONALS SUMMIT Country Room – Level 4 AWWA and WEF are pleased to present the 2019 AWWA/ WEF YP Summit. The AWWA/WEF YP Summit provides professional development and leadership-skills building. Our agenda includes networking opportunities, activities and plenty of discussion. The YP Summit is in Broadway 3 on Tuesday, March 5 from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Please visit the registration desk located in the Grand Ballroom Foyer, for more information! Presenters and moderators can use this room to prepare in a quiet environment. The room is unattended, and no electrical or audiovisual equipment will be provided. If you need assistance, please visit the Registration desk. Presenters should check in at Registration as soon as possible upon arriving at the conference. UMC REGISTRATION Grand Ballroom 3 Foyer – Lobby Level Everyone attending the conference must register and wear a badge. Your badge is your admission pass to the technical sessions, luncheons, and receptions. Filming or live streaming of any presentation, session or exhibit hall booth is prohibited without the permission of the presenter or exhibitor. Additionally, if you are unsure about whether it’s appropriate to post a picture or quote, please speak with the presenter or exhibitor to request their permission prior to posting. Violation of this policy may result in confiscation of the media and removal from the event. AWWA’s conference proceedings will contain all presentations and additional materials provided by the presenters who wish to have their information published. Attendees are asked to be respectful of their colleagues by turning off or silencing all mobile devices before entering meeting rooms.
