For many years we have all believed penetrating oil
was the best lubricant to use after racing to protect
and preserve alcohol fuel systems - but we now
know penetrating oil of any kind is bad news in an
alky motor. Firstly if penetrating oil is sprayed in the
cylinders it will break down any good lubrication
already there and allow fuels to attack the cylinder
walls. Secondly penetrating oil does not dissolve in
methanol or nitromethane. It will separate and sit in
your tank, fuel system or intake. Race fuels are very
corrosive when left to dry out in your fuel system and
supercharger. When you fi rst crank the engine

supercharger - this is when damage can occur.
Fuel Flush
Fuel Flush is the best after treatment for your
methanol/nitro fuelled engine between races,
race seasons or long term storage.
Fuel Flush absorbs residual methanol/nitro and
leaves a lubricating fi lm to protect against fuel
gelling damage and corrosion. It also lubricates
superchargers, valve guides, fuel pumps, barrel
valves, solenoids and other fuel components to
provide fuel system protection in storage and
initial fi re up. When starting your engine Fuel
Flush will readily dissolve in methanol/nitro fuels
and burn up in combustion.
PART NO. DESCRIPTION
ARP1644 Fuel Flush - 500ml
Fuel Lube
Fuel Lube has been specially formulated for
use in methanol/nitro fuels without affecting
fuel specifi c gravity. Fuel Lube adds lubrication
to fuel while helping to reduce wear on engine
components.
Fuel Lube will not settle at the bottom of fuel
tanks.
• Mix Ratio is 50ml to 20 litres
• 150ml to an average 60 litre tank
• 500ml bottle will treat up to 200 litres
Blower Lube
Suitable for all Superchargers to
help prevent dry start by lubricating
rotors. New blended viscosity
designed to be used before, during
and after racing.
PART NO. DESCRIPTION
ARP1699 Blower Lube - 250ml
Pump Lube
Pump Lube has been specially formulated
as an after treatment for use in methanol/
nitro fuel pumps. It is a thick viscous fl uid
that adheres to fuel pump gears, absorbing
residual methanol/nitro to leave a lubricating
fi lm protecting against pump gear galling and
corrosion. When starting your engine Pump
Lube will readily dissolve in methanol/nitro
fuels and burn up in combustion.
Pump Lube can be used as an assembly lube
for all fuel system related components.

E85 Fuel Lube
E85 Fuel Lube has been specially formulated
for use in E85 fuels without affecting fuel
quality. It adds lubrication to fuel while helping
to reduce wear on engine components. Adding
lubrication and protection to electric fuel
pumps and injectors, E85 Fuel lube will leave
a protective lubricating fi lm behind when the
fuel has evaporated and then dissolve in the
presence of new fuel. E85 Fuel Lube will not
settle at the bottom of fuel tanks.
• Mix Ratio is 50ml to 20 litres
• 150ml to an average 60 litre tank
• 500ml bottle will treat up to 200 litres
