There are many ways to be part of the Legacy Society to ensure a solid foundation for the future of the
Conservancy through a commitment to the Endowment:
• Name the Conservancy as beneficiary of a retirement account, life insurance policy or other financial
account
• Donate undeveloped real estate to ensure habitat preservation in perpetuity
• Bequeath the Conservancy a percentage of your estate or a set dollar amount
• Establish a Trust to benefit the Conservancy
• Commemorate a loved one or special event with naming opportunities in the Naturally Kiawah
Demonstration Garden at Night Heron Park
• Designate the Conservancy to receive funds for a birthday or special event, such as a wedding, anniversary,
retirement or milestone accomplishment
Please consider becoming a member of the Legacy Society. We will provide further information on request*.
*Always consult your tax attorney, advisor or financial consultant before making any decisions.
