27 2019-2020 LOOKING AHEAD/PRIORITIES Goals and Objectives • New hire will focus on the International Student experience; Create a student group focused on support for this community and folding into MLC • Working with Alumni networks to help support student experiences (ex: Internships, Study Abroad, etc.) • Establishing professional (local) networking opportunities for multicultural groups and organizations • Streamlining program offerings to include student ownership and implementation; more collaboration and centralized calendar of signature events • Operational funding for ADs (Diversity Education and Leadership Development) • Collaborate with Center for Student Success on supporting conference leadership opportunities/funding • Recruitment/On-boarding of advisors for student groups and organizations
