On Valen ne’s Day, the LeDuc Historic Estate will be hos ng
a High Tea. High Tea, historically, was actually the tea
imbibed by the ‘common’ man a er work, at high tables, at
the public. We will be serving what is now considered a High
Tea, with all the scones, tea sandwiches and goodies. There
will be an opportunity to try a variety of different types
of tea and you will learn about the LeDuc’s involvement
and love with tea over the years of living in the house. Join us for this special event by
candlelight, as the evening se les in. Loca on: 1629 Vermillion St, Has ngs - use lot

Crepes: The “Do-Ahead” Wrap

Crepes are an easy, impressive do-ahead dish. Prepare Chicken Divan (chicken with
broccoli in a cheese sauce) for our main dish. Follow it with Cheese Blintzes served with
an apricot sauce, and Mushroom Crepes with Sherry Sauce. Orange Crepe Suze e,
Italian and Sicilian Cannoli, Flaming Crepes and other desserts will round out our
selec ons. And…each student will have lots of experience in “making perfect crepes”
including flipping them! Plan to give instructor $11 at class for consumables. Min. 5/

class begins. We usually make a decision about holding a class one week
