II. Event Terms
1. Travursity, LLC and SeaWorld does not provide any transportation to and from or between any designated parks for this event.
2. The tour is walking intensive and can be strenuous, hot, and weather can be an issue. It is fast-paced and the group will need to stay together throughout the tour.
3. Personal wheelchairs and scooters may be used but must keep up with the group.
4. No guarantee of mobility accessibility is offered due to the non-public places that will be visited.
5. Travursity, LLC and SeaWorld does not guarantee what you will see on this tour nor what may be experienced.
III. Event Details
1. Complete event schedule is still under development and will be sent to all registrants within 30 days prior to actual event.
2. Dress is Business/Resort Casual. Lighter clothing may be worn for Park Tours. No offensive or attention grabbing clothing will be allowed. No swimwear or revealing clothing will be permitted. Travursity, LLC retains the right to deny participation without refund or recourse as determined necessary.
3. No travel related or business logo clothing may be worn.
4. There are plenty of restrooms available to change or freshen up if needed.
5. Please wear comfortable shoes, as there will be plenty of walking and some areas may be wet in nature.
6. Dine with Shamu will include a 10-15 minute walk through the park to Shamu’s Stadium and back after the conclusion of dinner. Limited wheelchairs may be available but no guarantee of assistance is offered.
7. Dinner will not be served until approximately 7:30 PM and the day’s events should conclude by 9:30PM.
IV. Optional All Day Tour to Busch Gardens on Thursday, Nov. 2, 2017
1. Each paid and participating travel agent will receive one (1) free 14 day pass for SeaWorld, Aquatica and Busch Gardens ($182 value) as a special gift from SeaWorld & Travursity Travel Showcase to use during the 14 consecutive days from date of this event.
2. As an added benefit, Complimentary transportation from Orlando to Tampa to enjoy an exciting day at the African inspired theme park, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is available via the Busch Gardens Shuttle Express. (Agents must register prior to event to secure space on bus by calling 800-221-1339)
