I. Registration Terms
1. This event is limited in space and capacity controlled, weather permitting and event(s) may change, be rescheduled or cancelled due to any reason.
2. Registration is open to all active and producing travel agents through Travursity Travel Showcase’s Registration Page only.
3. All registrants are bound by Travursity, LLC’s Event and Registration Policy as well as the terms & conditions set forth herein by Travursity, LLC.
4. All agents are required to enter all information requested during the registration process and is subject to review by Travursity, LLC to validate travel industry credentials.
5. Each registration may be made for a maximum of 2 agents and registration must include full detailed information for each valid travel agent. Duplicate names will cause the registration to be immediately cancelled.
6. All travel agents will be verified and Travursity, LLC reserves the right to cancel any registration for any reason, or does not meet valid travel industry credentials.
7. Registration Fee is $30.00 per valid travel agent and must be made only through Travursity Travel Showcase’s registration page. All registrations are subject to the terms and conditions herein as well as any subsequent redirected websites used by Travursity, LLC to manage registrations. Registration is not complete until submitted and accepted by Travursity, LLC.
8. Registrants may transfer their registration to another valid and verified travel agent(s) from the same company up to seven business days prior to the event and must be requested in writing to info@travursity.com. After that, we cannot accommodate substitutions.
9. All attending guests name must match the ticket presented during registration on the day of the event.
10. Ticket(s) are eligible for full refund 30 days prior to the event date by contacting info@travursity in writing and providing complete names, event and date, reason for cancelation as well as order number. Travursity, LLC is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail and all refunds will be processed back to the card used, through Eventbrite refund policies.
11. No-Shows are defined as any registrant(s) that do not attend the event they have registered for; and have not canceled their registration. Future showcase registrations will be denied as well as the opportunity to attend any other special events produced by Travursity, LLC and their partners or affiliates. No-Shows also forfeit all claims to any reimbursements of payments made to Travursity, LLC or any partners and/or affiliations that may be participating.
12. Travursity, LLC governs and assigns all space for this event and SeaWorld does not control registration or participation. All decisions are final and made solely by Travursity, LLC.
Acceptance of the ticket for this event requires the registered travel agent to understand that the tours may be strenuous, uncomfortable, and/or difficult. It is the registered travel agent’s responsibility to accept these conditions and any other hardships that may occur either anticipated or unexpected and hold Travursity, LLC and SeaWorld harmless for and from responsibility for any injuries, losses, or liability incurred before, during or after this event. All park rules will be strictly enforced.

Terms & Conditions
To participate, you must register immediately as space is extremely limited and will be sure to reach capacity. Due to the limited availability and the expense to produce this type of event, the rate of $30.00 (+ticket fees) per travel agent will be required for registration. Only active & producing travel agents will be allowed to participate and must meet the pre-qualifications set forth by Travursity, LLC. Any registration that includes missing, duplicate or invalid information will be subject to cancellation without recourse and loss of space may occur. You must understand and agree to the terms and conditions herein; and all decisions regarding participation and/or registration will be decided solely by Travursity, LLC.
