Overview of Responsibilities
• Oversee or set up the team tryouts for your club; encourage participation
• Suggest a“ club fund” to offset team expenses
• Send“ Intent to Field a Team” Form # 1 – included in this packet- to your Area Director along with the $ 30.00 entry fee( make check payable to
PWGA) due by April 1, 2017.
• Once your club has selected a team, send“ Selection of Team Notification” Form # 2 also included – to your Area Director – due by May 20, 2017.
• Make copies for each team member of: o Substitution Policy o Procedure for Breaking Ties
• Make all Team Members aware of the Dress and Conduct Code located in the PWGA Handbook
