BIKE

You MUST wear your BIB number on the back of your body during the bike portion of the event.

Mechanical Support Vehicles will be on the course to assist with repairs whenever possible. i.e. replacement of tubes, tires, chains etc.

Penalty tents and Aid Stations will be located at approximately the following points (see bike course map):

26 km - Aid Station

43 km - Aid Station & Penalty Box

58 km - Aid Station

72 km - Aid Station & Penalty Box

90 km - Aid Station & Penalty Box

106 km - Aid Station

119 km - Penalty Box

*You must take penalties at the next closest Penalty Box.

Aid Stations

The bike will have 3 aid stations that will each be passed twice for a total of 6 times past the aid stations. There will be portable toilets located at each aid station. There will also be an aid station located in transition at the end of the swim.
