Q . HOW DO I EARN POINTS ? You will earn points on most of your purchases at your local SiteOne store ( Agency products do not accumulate points ) between January 1 , 2017 through December 29 , 2017 .
Q . WHEN DO I START EARNING POINTS ? You start earning points as soon as a SiteOne associate enrolls you in the Program . Once you are enrolled , you will earn points retroactively on all purchases made beginning on January 1 , 2017 .
Q . HOW LONG CAN POINTS BE ACCRUED ? Points can be accrued from January 1 , 2017 to December 29 , 2017 . However , the $ 10,000 minimum purchase level must be met in each calendar year to qualify . Points accumulate from year to year and are valid until 90 days after the date of termination of the Program . If a member fails to make a purchase for six months , they will forfeit all points .
Q . WHO KEEPS TRACK OF MY POINTS AND PURCHASES ? SiteOne keeps track of your points and an up-to-date statement will be issued at the end of each month with your Available and Pending Points shown .
Q . WHEN CAN I START REDEEMING MY POINTS ? You can redeem your points when you reach the $ 10,000 purchase minimum and all invoices associated with those points have been paid .
Q . WHAT IF MY ACCOUNT IS NOT KEPT CURRENT ? Accounts must be in good standing ( paid in full ) to take advantage of the Program benefits . If an account is past due over 60 days , SiteOne has the option of drawing upon a member ’ s Available Points and converting them to a credit on the account . If a member is past due 90 days , SiteOne may terminate a member ’ s participation and all earned points will then be forfeited .
Q . HOW CAN I FIND OUT HOW MANY POINTS I HAVE ACCUMULATED ? Points will appear on your monthly statement in two columns : Available Points and Pending Points . Available Points can be redeemed once you meet the $ 10,000 purchase minimum . Pending Points are points on invoices that are still outstanding . When the invoices are paid in full and the $ 10,000 purchase level minimum has been reached , the Pending Points become Available Points .
