Storage of Items
It is the responsibility of every homeowner to prevent the development of any unclean, unsightly, or unkempt conditions of buildings or grounds in order to maintain the beauty of the neighborhood. Storage of trash cans, recycle bins, yard maintenance equipment, toys, and other items in from of your home is not acceptable. These items, unless being used, should be stored out of view in a service yard or within a building.
Speeding & Reckless Driving
We have received a significant number of reports related to vehicles driving very fast through neighborhood streets. Please be mindful of your speed and pay close attention to what is going on around you as you travel through the community. Now that the weather is getting warmer, there is a high amount of foot traffic during the day and evening. Please remind teens to drive slowly and cautiously. We love our children and animals, so please be careful!
No Glass on the Beaches!
This summer, when using the beaches, please DO NOT bring any GLASS containers with you. Glass bottles, platters, and other breakable items become dangerously concealed in the sand and are a major hazard for everyone. Protect bare feet on the beaches by leaving all glass items at home.
Summer Thunderstorms
To ensure that drainage and stormwater management systems operate properly, it is important for residents to do their best to maintain culverts in front of their home. Working with your neighbors to keep culverts free of large amounts of debris will help avoid drainage issues during heavy summer thunderstorms.
