Snow Removal Courtesy
Please be mindful of your neighbors and other drivers during inclement weather. When there is snowfall, remember the following:
• Move basketball hoops from the road rightof-way and / or streets.
• Keep roads and sidewalks clear of sleds, skateboards, bikes, and other toys.
• Minimize parking on road shoulders to allow the plows to clear the roads more effectively. Utilize driveways and parking pads first!
• Anything in the road right-of-way and / or street is not the liability of LLA. This includes landscaping, retaining walls, toys, cars, etc.
• Anything along a Snow Emergency Route can and will be towed to allow for adequate plowing. Please reference the Winter Weather Plan on page 20 for a list of Snow Emergency Routes.
• Don’ t forget there are overflow parking areas at Summerfield, West Winds, and Coldstream pools for extra vehicles during snow storms.
