The Society of St. Vincent De Paul is a catholic lay organization that
leads women and men to join together to grow spiritually by offering
person-to-person service to those who are needy and suffering. The
Society of St. Vincent De Paul runs five services in Des Moines: a food
pantry, a clothing pantry, a furniture service, financial assistance for rent
and utilities, and life-skill and literacy building thorough their education
