Iowans can support the Des Moines Area Religious Council by making a
donation or by signing up to volunteer. Groups of four or more people can
work together to sponsor a “Sack Saturday” event at a Des Moines area
grocery store, where they inform and encourage shoppers to donate a
food item to the Red Barrel Program.
