muchos años de conversaciones en las noches y en los
fines de semana con mi hermano Pablo. Discusiones sobre
criterios encontrados, pero ambos queriendo encontrar la
fórmula del mejor caballo. Mi hermano se vio involucrado y
le comenzó a apasionar el tema. Esa es una discusión con él
que, al día de hoy, sigue y creo que nunca finalizará. Luego,
pláticas con muchos amigos: Roberto Canahuati, Mario
Matamoros, Aníbal Vásquez para mencionar algunos. La
crianza del caballo se debe mucho al trabajo, paciencia y
amor, aceptando que hay otros estilos y otras formas de
trabajar por otros criadores que también son valederas.
Por otro lado, los logros se deben a que hemos sido con-
stantes en la crianza con lo que se ha definido, perfeccio-
nando siempre esa ruta; manteniendo la constancia en la
línea y en el personal encargado. Muchos de los buenos
resultados son gracias al personal que se tiene, que ha sido
el mismo desde que se inició la crianza en el 86. Hasta la
fecha, el criadero lleva cuatro premios como mejor criador
de Centroamérica.
¿A qué se debe el éxito de IAGSA?

IAGSA se ha posicionado en el mercado norteam-
ericano que se basa en la alta calidad de los productos, las
certificaciones de trazabilidad e inocuidad, y un buen en-
tendimiento de la dinámica de comercialización. Gran parte
del buen trabajo, también se debe al compromiso y sentido
de pertenencia de los empleados con la empresa, su misión,

a few. The breeding of the horse includes a lot of work,

On the other hand, part of the accomplishments is based on
being constant in the breeding that has been defined, always
perfecting the horse in that route. Consistency on the blood
line and personnel in charge. Many of the achievements are
due to the staff which has been the same since the begin-
ning of the breeding in 1986. Up to now, the Ranch has four
prizes as the best breeder of Central America.
Where does the success of IAGSA come from?

The success of IAGSA is due to its positioning in
the North American market; based on the high quality of
the products, certifications of traceability and food safety,
and a good understanding of the market’s dynamics. Much
of the success is also due to the commitment and sense of
belonging of our employees with the company, its mission
vision, and perceiving the achievements as their own.
