PresentaƟons and Classes
Active Shooter - tips on what to do, what not to do, and what to
expect from first responders.
Women’s Self Defense - prevention tips to avoid a harmful situation, and
hands-on techniques.
CPR Card Class - American Heart Association curriculum for adult, child,
and infant CPR and AED use, as well as how to relieve choking.
Fire Extinguisher Training - hands-on, live fire training for any interested

Preventing Identity Theft - prevention tips and reminders to avoid becoming a target, and what to
do if you experience identity theft.

Services
SirenGPS - an app that gives first responders a near-exact location when calling from a cell phone for
emergency needs (currently available in Southlake, Keller, Colleyville, and Westlake areas only).
Vacation House Watch - request a vacation house watch and a police officer will check the residence
at least once per shift to ensure the premises are secure.
Take Me Home - allows an officer to “take home” an individual who may be unable to communicate
due to a medical condition (i.e. Alzheimer's, autism, etc.).
Home Safety Inspections - schedule a safety inspection to help enhance your personal protection for
fire and home safety and security.
Child Passenger Safety - certified technicians will help install or verify proper installation of your
child(s) car seat.
Exchange Zone - two designated parking spaces at the Police Department are under 24-hour
surveillance for child custody exchanges or the exchange of items bought/sold by individuals.
